This is why we need more women in Congress

Today is Equal Pay Day. On average, women would have to work three months into 2022 to make the same amount that men earned in 2021.

For goodness sake– it's March!

Let's be blunt about this. Women make up 27 percent of Congress. We need more women in Congress. Oregon needs more women in Congress.

We've got to enact policy to help eliminate the gender pay gap, and for that, women need a seat at the table.

In Oregon, we currently only have one woman representing us in Congress.

It's time to change that.

Oregon's Sixth District race is loaded with men, men without any experience in the public sector, pumping hundreds of thousands of dollars of their own money to win this race. And yes, at least one male candidate whose campaign is proposed by a crypto-currency billionaire who thinks he can buy this election.
